DUUSA is one of my passion projects that is currently still a work in progress. It started as a solo development game inspired from the fearsome character of Medusa, combined with fun gameplay mechanics inspired by the reverse horror game, Carrion.
At the climax of our development I was managing a team of 8 people to bring this game to life. We are still in the in the process of making our proof of concept, but already have a fleshed out narrative, combat system, and art direction currently.

Learning to use her cursed head of snakes to her advantage, Medusa uses them to move around like no mortal would, devouring and petrifying any man that gets in her way. The player takes on exploring a historic Greek city that has just been taken over by a new tyrannic ruler, Perseus, a demigod who had come to her and her sisters’ isolated cave to slay Medusa only to claim the glory of “defeating” a disgusting monster like her. Medusa must use her snake-haired curse to her advantage to kill the power hungry men of Greece and knock Perseus off of his throne once and for all.
